If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on your order form.You must provide contact info(such as name, email and shipping address) and financial info(such as credit card # and exp. date). We use this info for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble filling an order, we will use this to contact you.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION?
As stated above, we will use your information for billing purposes and to fill orders. We will occassionally send you info on products, services, special deals and promotions. We may also send you service related announcements on the rare occassion when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request and to manage your account. We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share or use personally identifiable info for any other purpose.

SECURATEC, INC CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

Securatec, Inc is committed to providing fast and reliable processing of your order. In order to achieve this goal, we begin processing your order immediately. This short processing window makes cancellations of orders difficult. Please read further for details regarding returns.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns of unused, unopened items for full refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fee within 14 days of your order receipt. Item(s) must be in resaleable condition and have its original unopened packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned opened, and or used. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error. Securatec, Inc is responsible for shipping charges if product is damaged or defective. We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days, sorry no exceptions. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) please contact us via email at info@securatecinc.com or by phone at 704-239-1000 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

What if I receive my order damaged or short?

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours after you received the order. We want to make sure that you get exactly what you ordered and that it is delivered properly. Please notify Customer Service by either e-mail at: info@securatecinc.com or call us at: 704-239-1000 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST). Please hold on to all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.

How do I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange the item within 14 days after your order receipt. Do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund. Contact our customer service to receive an authorization number for the items you wish to return or exchange. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an authorization number. You must have this return authorization number for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the form of replacement, store credit, or credit to the credit card of the original purchase. No cash refunds. If you have any questions about returning or exchanging merchandise, please e-mail us at: info@securatecinc.com or call us at: 704-239-1000 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Once the return has been authorized, we will issue you a return authorization number and details on how and where to ship the return product. We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allow at up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.

You shipped me the wrong item, What do I do?

Out of Stock Items

You will be notified via e-mail if the stock is not available and we will tell you approximately when the stock will arrive (for reorder brands) or we will suggest a replacement brand which has the similar feature and/or style. In most of the cases, these items are on order from the suppliers and we are awaiting the items for final delivery to you. At that time, you will have the option of cancelling your order or placing it on backorder status. If you wish to cancel we will issue a cancel order authorization number and the order will be cancelled. If you wish to place your order on backorder status we will notify you via email when the product(s) becomes available. We will not charge your credit card until the product is actually shipped. If we do not receive an e-mail from you regarding the cancel order, we will proceed with the order.

Shipping Time

Our policy is to fill your order(s) as quickly as possible. All shipping prices are based off of UPS shipping rates by weight, however your product may be shipped by any of the major shipping companies. (i.e... UPS, Fedex) at our discretion. If your order does not arrive during the estimated period (7-14 Business Days) with an exception on made to order items with an estimated period (4-6 wks) that we will update you via e-mail, then you have the right to cancel the order. We will issue you a cancel order authorization number if you choose to cancel. Note: All cancelled orders must have a cancel order authorization number for the refund process.
